Kieran Bliss

Kieran graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours degree in Bio-engineering in 2000. Upon graduation, Kieran worked for Labatt Breweries of Canada for 3 years. In 2003, Kieran commenced his education in Prosthetics and Orthotics at George Brown College. After completing the Clinical Methods in Prosthetics and Orthotics program, he began his residency at Design Prosthetics in Oshawa. In 2007, he became a Certified Prosthetist under the CBCPO.
Kieran is a past-president of the Ontario Association of Prosthetists and Orthotists (OAPO), has sat on the board of the Canadian Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics (CAPO), has been an examiner for the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists (CBCPO) certification exams and has sat on numerous other national boards.
Kieran’s experience includes pediatrics prosthetics, geriatric prosthetics, upper limb prosthetics, both myoelectric and conventional. He is very passionate about the field of Prosthetics and even more passionate about providing optimal patient care to the amputee population of Durham Region and Surroundings.
Eric Graham

Eric is a board certified Orthotist and an honours Kinesiology graduate from McMaster University. Eric has a broad scope of experience with all ages affected by musculoskeletal and neurological complications. Eric has maintained involvement with national and provincial initiatives within the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics through the Ontario Association for Prosthetics and Orthotics as well as the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists.
Eric has received additional certification with stance control knee joints and was the first to fit the Stride4 stance control KAFO in Canada. He also has experience and advanced training with functional electrical stimulation systems. Eric also has further certification in the management of deformational plagiocephaly. He is committed to finding individual solutions to each patient’s unique needs and strives to maximize their potential.
Leslie Pardoe

Leslie has been Certified since 2002 and has developed a wealth of experience over the course of his career across the full range of age, diversity and pathology. Leslie has been involved with professional issues in the field as President, Board Member and liaison at both the provincial and national level. He has also served as a Certification examiner and contributed to Alignment Magazine as editor and author. Through his 20+ year presence in orthotics and prosthetics, both as technician, clinician and volunteer, he has passionately provided quality, client-focused care and worked diligently to advance and promote the profession. Leslie is a keen listener and always endeavours to reach clients’ goals and expectations with the treatment plans the team develops.
Cole Simpson

Cole is an OPC certified Orthotist who earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Upon completion of the Prosthetics & Orthotics Technical program in 2018, Cole was accepted into the Clinical Methods in Prosthetics & Orthotics program at George Brown College, from which he graduated in 2021. Since joining the team at Design Prosthetics & Orthotics, Cole has amassed extensive experience working with patients of all ages affected by various musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. He takes immense pride in his talent for enhancing mobility and fostering independence among those he collaborates with.
